Tamara Luan is a highly experienced operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the casino industry. She has diverse qualifications gained from managing many facets in the gaming & hospitality industry including in commercial casinos, Native American casinos and in slot route operations.  She has expertise in creating a tailored slot mix and floor layout to maximize revenue potential. She has a solid understanding of slot analysis, forecasting, jurisdiction regulations, marketing conditions and player behavior
